More register for GREDA Housing Show

Over 50 businesses in the real estate and properties industry, as well as some financial institutions, have registered to take part in the two-day housing show being organised by the Ghana Real Estate Developers Association (GREDA) and scheduled for July 27 - 28, 2013 at the premises of the Accra Polo Club, near the Kotoka International Airport, Accra.

Aside from providing a platform for exhibitors to present their products and services to potential homeowners and customers, it also gives them the opportunity to find out more about their customers and their needs.

"This GREDA Housing Show is different, in that it also marks the 25th anniversary of the association and we expect exhibitors to use the show to forge new relationships through face-to-face interactions with visitors and new buyers, strengthen existing alliances and network with other builders and input suppliers," says Mr Kwakye Dopoah-Dei, the President  of GREDA.

According to the GREDA president, such fairs, be they local or international, offer members the chance to keep up with industry trends and developments, as well as serve as a good opportunity to keep an eye on the competition and conduct some good research.

"Every time we have organised these fairs, our members have gone on to improve on the houses they deliver as they get the opportunity to compare notes and learn from others," Mr Dopoah-Dei said.

The exhibition is opened to property developers, mortgage finance houses, banks and financial institutions, input suppliers and engineering and construction companies, who are expected to showcase new developments and packages to potential homeowners and other end users.
