uniCredit appoints 2 managers
uniCredit has appointed Messrs Andrews Nayoni and Anthony Marshall Arpoh as Manager, Human Resource and Manager, Legal Affairs respectively.

Mr Nayoni is a human resource practitioner with extensive experience in general human resource practice, performance management and designing modern human resource systems, strategies and policies.
Until his appointment, Mr Nayoni was the Head of Human Resource and Administration of SIC Life Trust Finance Limited, a non-bank financial institution and subsidiary of SIC Life Company Limited.
Mr Nayoni started his career with the Ghana Standards Authority, where he worked for 15 years from 1995 to 2010 in the field of human resource and administration, attaining the position of administrative manager.
He has participated in several courses, seminars and workshops in Ghana and abroad, and has engaged in consultancies in the area of business strategy and human resource management. He comes on board with a vision to institutionalise a high performance culture at uniCredit with highly motivated and dedicated employees.
He holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Human Resource Management from the Hanze University of Applied Science in The Netherlands and a Bachelor’s degree in Political Science with Philosophy from the University of Ghana.
Anthony Marshall Arpoh is a practising lawyer and a solicitor of the Supreme Court of Ghana. Prior to joining uniCredit Ghana Limited, he had been a legal manager from last year till May, this year, at Atwima Kwanwoma Rural Bank Limited.
He had previously served as legal officer for ProCredit Savings and Loans from 2010 to December, 2011.
He has over six years corporate practice experience and seven years of private practice as legal practitioner. He holds a B.A. (Hons) degree in Philosophy, LLB (Hons) both from the University of Ghana, Legon and a professional Law degree (BL) from the Ghana School of Law, Accra.
He has currently completed a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Banking and Finance and is working on his thesis. He has attended many workshops and conferences. Mr Arpoh’s vision, together with his team, is to contribute immensely to the growth of uniCredit Ghana Limited.
