Vodafone introduces ‘all-in-one’ product
Vodafone Ghana has introduced a new product christened ‘Vodafone all- in-one’.

The product includes fixed broadband, voice minutes for landline, mobile voice and mobile data put into one seamless package.
“The product ties in with the concept of convergence, where all telecom services are grouped into a single suite of deliverables to guarantee simplicity and convenience,” the Director of Fixed Business and Customer Operations at Vodafone Ghana, Mrs Patricia Obo-Nai, said at the launch of the product last Tuesday, April 4, in Accra.
She explained that as the second largest telecom company by market share in Ghana, Vodafone has consistently proven a thought-leader in the delivery of creativity and innovation in the industry.
According to her, the company recently unveiled its essence as a ‘SuperNet’ with a promise to ensure customers were empowered across every facet of theirs needs – at home, in the office or on the go.
She added that over the years, telecom experts had endorsed this trend as one that would widely liberalise the sector and put it on a new path of growth.
“The product has an auto-renewal component to keep customers connected at home, in the office and on-the-go. Vodafone One will undoubtedly cement the legacy of the company as a leader in innovation and new thinking in Ghana,” she said.
“What we have done is in direct response to the specific needs of our customers. This comes at a great time as we continue to roll out fibre across the country, delivering speeds of up to 10-times faster than any in the market. Vodafone One will also leverage on the HD voice capability we have recently rolled out on our super network,”
