Kisa comes out with Twerk video

After releasing her debut single, Twerk, actress cum singer, Kisa Gbekle, is out with the video of the song.

The video of Twerk, a mid-tempo tune that easily gets the party poppers moving was directed by Dida of Big OJ Films and produced by Dikoder.

Twerk is a type of dance that is done in either mid or up tempo vein which involves thrusting hip movements and a low, squatting stance.

The lyrics of the song give specific instructions on how to get the twerking movements right. It also goes on to dare ladies with well endowed behind to show what their Mama gave them. 

Although, her ‘immature” rap style give her away as someone who is still learning the ropes of the game, Kisa believes that Twerk has the potential to take her to the next level.

In an interview with Kisa, she said she decided to add music to her acting career because she wants to showcase her versatility.

“I know my followers only know me as an actress and I just want to prove to them that, there are other things I can do. God has blessed me with lots of talents and singing is one of them. I am an entertainment person, I love to entertain and this is one way I can get myself busy when I am not on set” she said.

Kisa started singing and acting in secondary school and according to her, she always came out as the best actress in such school programmes.

Upon completion of her secondary education, she joined the Volta Regional Theatre group and gradually learned the ropes of the profession. She later enrolled at Ghallywood Academy.
