Lisa advises married women

While most gospel musicians sing about the wonders of God and how He has helped them in their musical careers, new gospel artiste, Lisa Boateng, believes she can save broken marriages with her song ɛne Me Ntena Saa on her maiden album, W’adiɔ koo No Ama Me.

On ɛne Me Ntena Saa, a worship song, Lisa advises married couples, especially women, to stop discussing their marriage problems with friends who pollute their minds with negative thoughts.

According to Lisa, most marriages fall on rocks because many wives, instead of solving their marriage problems with their husbands, tend to discuss them with friends who do more harm than good with their pieces of advice.

She explains in her song that, God is the only one who gives solutions to problems and not human beings who can fail.

Other songs on the six-track  album which was recorded by sound engineers, Dan Bassey in Kumasi and Bronxy in Dansoman, Accra, include TetekoraframoaNyankopɔn, Deɛ ɔdeneho to Nyamesono and W’adiɔ koo No Ama Me.

Madam Lisa Boateng told showbiz that her aim is to use her song ɛne Mentena Saa to save the many broken marriages in Ghana.

“I believe I can save a lot of broken marriages with my song. Marriage is not easy so I therefore entreat my fellow women to make their marriages work”.

Lisa Boateng who attended Institute of Business Management and Journalism (IBMJ) in Kumasi is married to Rev. Prophet Maxwell Boateng of Jesus Covenant Ministries in Tema.
