Accra to host Inaugural International Choreography Festival
Accra is set to host its first-ever International Choreography Festival in December 2023, showcasing the diverse dance legacies of top choreography groups from around the world.

Organized by Van Calebs Empire in collaboration with BFB Designs, a United States-based dance company, the event will bring together dance ensembles from Africa, Europe, and the Americas.
Renowned Ghanaian choreographer Van Calebs expressed his excitement about the upcoming festival, which has been in the works for several years.
"We have been working tirelessly with our partners from Florida to bring this vision to life. I am thrilled to announce that it will be held in October as we celebrate the rich cultural dance heritage," he shared.
Anticipated to be the largest choreography festival on the African continent, the event will feature performances by some of the world's most renowned artists.
