DopeNation releases GhanaPiano EP
HIPLIFE duo, DopeNation, is out with their much anticipated EP titled GhanaPiano which dropped on Friday, August 18.
Songs on the EP recorded by different sound engineers are Clap, Odeshe, Gboza, We, Check My Zingo, Knees and Toes and Ali Baba

The EP showcases the duo’s exceptional songwriting and production prowess, fusing the vibrant rhythms of Ghana—Highlife with elements of Afrobeat and Amapiano resulting in a harmonious fusion they’ve aptly coined ‘GhanaPiano.’
Already Gboza and Check My Zingo are getting attention on the airwaves and the duo is confident the other tracks on the EP will also do well.
On Check My Zingo, the duo appreciates Ghanaians for their warm welcome since they came into the music industry.
Dope Nation reveals each song on the EP carries its own distinctive flavour, offering a rich canvas of emotions and stories that reflect the intricacies of life and the vibrant culture of Ghana. ‘GhanaPiano’ promises to take listeners on an unforgettable musical journey that transcends borders.
DopeNation made up of identical twin brothers— Micheal Boafo popularly known as B2, and Tony Boafo aka Twist won Best Group of the Year and Afrobeats Song of the Year at the Vodafone Ghana Music Awards in 2020 .
DopeNation was introduced to music production in 2012 by musician and producer E.L and some of the songs they have worked on are Kpuu Kpaa by Shatta Wale, Wow by Joey B ft EL, Sebgefia by Joey B and EL, Poison by Ebony Reigns, Forever by Eazzy ft Mr Eazi among others.
