Highlife at Easter comedy show

Three of Ghana's hottest highlife talents, Kwabena Kwabena, Bisa Kdei and Castro, will be performing at the GhOne Easter Comedy Jam on Saturday April 19 at the Accra International Conference Centre.

Incidentally, the three acts are also in contention for the Highlife Artiste of the Year category in this year’s Vodafone Ghana Music Awards (VGMA) and they will have the opportunity to thrill fans to their hit tracks ahead of the awards session.  

Kwabena Kwabena is known for songs like Aso, Fakye, Do No Bi, Meye and Adult Musik. Castro is also known for songs like Toffee, Bone Shaker and Odo while Bisa Kdei comes along with songs like Metamfo, Azonto Ghost, Baba and Odo Carpenter.

Sponsored by RLG Communications, the event will also feature talented rib crackers Buchi, Basket Mouth and Bovi  from Nigeria whom many comedy patrons may remember for their outstanding performances at the December 2013 edition of the Night of 1000 Laughs series.
