Radio Personality OB Nartey believes he is the right person to lead the New Patriotic Party( NPP) as their Parliamentary candidate for next year's elections.

The confident broadcaster says his works over the years even before making known his political intentions are testaments of his quality as the best among the other aspirants seeking the same nod.

The outspoken radio personality made the remarks when he went to submit his Parliamentary forms at the NPP's constituency office last Thursday, August 10.

Last Thursday's event is perhaps a seal of OB Nartey's ambitions to represent the NPP in the Adenta Constituency having gone for his forms last month.

“ I have been in Adenta for long and I have been working tirelessly to help the people. I give loans to market women to start their businesses. I have been able to give cars as ubers for unemployed men as well as embarking on various forms of health screenings,” he told Graphic Showbiz after submitting his forms to contest at the upcoming Parliamentary race in the Adenta constituency.

Stating his intended projects for constituency should he be given the nod by his party and subsequently win the general elections, OB Nartey said he will work tirelessly to solve the continuous water problems in the constituency which have been a headache for residents for ages.

He also mentioned that he will work with the legislated authorities to improve the poor road network in the area

However, his visions and plans will not come into reality if his party doesn't believe in his abilities to give him the nod to represent his people.

He, therefore, made a passionate appeal to the party delegates to vote for him to represent the NPP, win the seat and make Adenta a better place for all.

OB Nartey also encouraged the NPP not to discount his abilities because he is young but look at what he's got to offer.

“Most people think young men have nothing to offer but I want to be tried and they will never regret," he said.
