Make music that stand test of time —Ceedi3Gh
MUSICIAN and sound engineer, Ceedi3Gh has opined that the current crop of musicians hardly take their time to come out with songs that can stand the test of time.
This, he noted, has contributed to the short shelf life of songs churned out in recent times.

According to Ceedi3Gh, Ghana, has a good image of creating masterpieces but lately, the young acts don’t invest time in their work and hurriedly release songs and missing the quality standard.
“A lot of our listeners have been rewired to listen to music from neighbouring countries who have been deliberate about their mission of conquering the Ghanaian market.
“Interestingly, we have been slacking off in recent times but we can favourably compete when we have good songs that can stand the test of time on the market”, he told Graphic Showbiz.
Ceedi3Gh also mentioned that it was about time the music audience opened up to other music styles without forcing our musicians to be restricted to particular genres.
“We box every musician into releasing trending music style which is not or might not be that person’s stronghold. Every musician should not be forced to do Afrobeats just because it is very popular now.
“There are Ghanaian musicians who are equally good at R&B, Jazz, Rock among others who may be forced to align with what is perceived to be in vogue which is not the best”, he said.

Ceedi3Gh is out with his latest song, Cum 2 Papa produced by Jesse Kyng and himself.
Cum 2 Papa which video was dropped last month is about two people crushing on each other and according to Ceedi3Gh, “most of us at one time have had one person we had a crush on. My attraction to that special someone is what inspired the composition and arrangements of my latest piece”, he said.
Ceedi3GH is currently working with Kwabena Kwabena, Epixode, Akwaboah among others on songs which he plans to release soon.
