Some of the songs on the 10-track album are Okamafo Nyame, Meda W’ase Paa, Mehyia Yesu, Afe Biem Ni, Praises, W’agye Me and three others solely instrumental.
Listening to the songs on the album gives an indication of Agyapong’s love for slow tempo music as most of the tracks are cast in that vein except Okamafo Nyame which is a danceable tune.
He talks about the hardships of life and how God has always been the source of help in times of need for the helpless in Okamafo Nyame.
W’agye Me also talks about God’s salvation and the privilege it is to be part of His family.
Agyapong told Showbiz last Friday that, as a minister of the gospel, he had always appreciated God’s gift of salvation because it shows how favoured he is in His sight.
“Just as Jesus Christ selected his disciples from different backgrounds that is how in the Kingdom of God there are different people with various backgrounds. It is not everyone who is privileged to be part of Christendom so I always see myself as highly favoured to be called a servant of God.

“A look at my early life makes me appreciate how important it is to be a servant of God. I captured my life’s story in Wagye Me because God has given me a different meaning about life,” he stated.
He said it had been his desire to make useful contribution on the ever-improving gospel scene but lack of funds had been a major constraint.
His inability to raise adequate funds, Agyapong pointed out, was why he could not generate the necessary publicity to his album though he launched it last February.
“It is has not been an easy journey to have this album done because I have no producer or manager to assist me. I’m, however, trusting God that helpers will come around in due time.”

A Catholic by faith, Agyapong worships at the St. Theresa’s Catholic Church at Awudome in Accra. Agyapong admires gospel artiste, Mc Abraham (of Gospel All Stars fame) for his motivational lyrics and hopes to feature him on his next album.
Agyapong acknowledges that there is a long way to go to become the world-beater he wants to be. He, however, trusts he can achieve his cherished dream through hard work and be always remembered as the gospel artiste who positively transformed the lives of many people with his music.
