MC Okokobioko brings ‘Caught in the Middle show’ in Sept.
Nana Osei Bonsu popularly known as MC Okokobioko, has earned a good spot as an event host as well as a renowned wedding MC but this time around, he is prepping up to show his prowess as a standup comedian with a gig.
The show, which is his maiden one and dubbed, Caught in the Middle, will be hosted at the National Theatre on Saturday, September 16 at 7:00 pm.

Caught in the Middle is aimed at announcing MC Okokobioko skills as a standup comedian, having earned some attention with his comedy skits on social media over the years.
Since last week, MC Okokobioko has been engaging the attention of his followers on social media with fliers of the upcoming comedy show.
In a brief interview with Graphic Showbiz on Tuesday, August 8, he commended the support given to the comedy sector, which he said was evident in the success of the various comedy shows held in the last few years such as OB Amponsah’s Popular But Broke and Lekzy Decomic’s Too Cute to Be Mute.
MC Okokobioko also noted that the upcoming event will afford his huge followers as well as comedy enthusiasts a time to appreciate his comedy craft which he has been honing over the years.
“I know that many people have seen my comedy skits but they are yet to experience my skills as a standup comedian. I can assure patrons who will come to the National Theatre on September 16 that they are going to have a good time,” he said.
He pointed out that even though he will be featuring other comedians, he wants the publicity to be focused on him since it is his maiden comedy show.

MC Okokobioko is a graduate of Ghana Telecom University where he read Information Technology.
In 2021, he won the Best Multinational Comedian of the Year at Comedy and Poetry Awards (COPO) and describes himself as a born entertainer, and fascinating individual who is gifted and passionate about being a Master of Ceremonies.
