Miss Intercontinental Ghana 2025 kicks off August 9
THE search for 2025 Miss Intercontinental Ghana pageant begins on Saturday, August 9, at the Kegali Hotel in Dansoman, Accra, when auditions are held to select contestants for the pageant.
Organised by Cloudz Entertainment, the event promises a high-energy start to this year’s competition.
A panel of judges including former queens, fashion insiders, pageant experts, media personalities and entertainment figures will assess contestants vying for a shot at the national crown and the chance to represent Ghana on the global Miss Intercontinental stage.
In an interview with Graphic Showbiz, Vice President of Cloudz Entertainment, Jennifer Ophelia Dzokpo made it clear that the 2025 edition is taking a bold step forward.
According to her, this year’s pageant isn’t just about outer appearance. It’s about identifying young women with purpose, drive and a desire to lead.
“This year, we are redefining what pageantry means. It’s not just about physical beauty. It’s about poise, presence and purpose. We’re looking for women who are ready to carry the weight of national representation—not just to look the part, but to live it,” she said.
She emphasised the audition process will be intense with the selection of right candidates for the competition.
The goal is to find women who are ready to use the Miss Intercontinental platform to amplify causes they care about and serve as role models for the next generation.
“Miss Intercontinental Ghana is more than a crown—it’s a leadership platform. We want queens who speak powerfully, walk purposefully and influence meaningfully.
“This is about grooming winners who go beyond the runway to create real impact in their communities and beyond,” she stated.
This year’s winner will walk away with a car, crown, cash prize, and an all-expenses-paid trip to represent Ghana at the Miss Intercontinental international competition.
