Special Delivery doesn’t follow the usual trend where artistes employ a theme and sing about it.
Here, apart from a few interjections of the words, “Special Delivery” by Edem, the song, which is a duration of three minutes and 25 seconds is just a composition of beats.
Garzy is hopeful that this different style he employs on Special Delivery will make waves soon.
Talking to Showbiz last Monday, he said that many Ghanaians dance to such songs from Francophone countries.
“We can’t always follow the same trend. Change is needed to test one’s creativity and Special Delivery is just one of the ways of testing my skills as a sound producer and engineer.
“ If we can dance to some of these Francophone songs, then this song has the potential to be a hit too,” he added.

Mix Masta Garzy, who was nominated for the GH/UK Afro-beat Award for Youngest Producer in 2012 said the concept was just to create fun and give club goers and his fans a “good sound and rhythm for their dancing feet”.
According to him, he featured Edem on the song because of his rare quality of bringing “life to songs.”
“His voice was just the magic I needed for Special Delivery and I’m happy with the outcome,” he said.
