Shatta Wale to release The Reign album

Dancehall artiste, Shatta Wale has good news for his fans. The Kakai artiste has announced the release of his next album titled The Reign, soon.

In a post on his Facebook wall on Thursday, Shatta, who didn’t give a specific date for the release quoted a Bible verse, Psalm 108 as the source of the album’s title.

“The Lord reigns, he is clothed with majesty the Lord is clothed with strength. Wherewith he had girded himself the world also is established that it cannot be moved”, the quotation said.

This news will certainly make the Shatta Movement fans happy as they look forward to an album that is sure to produce many hit tracks. Last Monday, he released his first song in 2018 titled Pray For Me.

There seems to be no stopping the Freedom man who has been churning out the hits like nobody’s business. Last November, he revealed on Facebook that he had released 108 songs in the year and listed them.

If reports that he has signed on to the Zylofon label with a contract reportedly worth a staggering one million dollars hold true, then 2018 will be another one for the books for Shatta Wale.
Formerly known as Bandana, Shatta Wale has blown up since his comeback in 2012 and his many awards is proof of his success.

He is a recipient of the 2014 Artiste of the Year at the Ghana Music Awards and Best New Entertainer at the International Reggae and World Music Awards in the same year.
