#TGMA27: The 10 times Stonebwoy won Best Reggae/Dancehall Artiste award

Ghanaian dancehall heavyweight Stonebwoy has once again proven why he remains the undisputed king of reggae and dancehall in Ghana after clinching the Best Reggae/Dancehall Artiste award at the 27th edition of the Telecel Ghana Music Awards.

The latest victory, announced at the awards ceremony held at the Grand Arena on Saturday, May 9, 2026, marks the 10th time the Bhim Nation president has won the prestigious category.

What makes the achievement even more remarkable is Stonebwoy’s dominance over the years, having won the award consistently from 2017 to 2026. His remarkable run has solidified his place as one of the most successful reggae and dancehall artistes in the history of the awards scheme.

Over the years, Stonebwoy has maintained his stronghold on the category through hit songs, critically acclaimed projects and memorable international performances that have elevated Ghanaian reggae and dancehall onto the global stage. (Read #TGMA27: Black Sherif wins Artiste of the Year again)
