VIDEO: COVID-19: Osei Kwame 'Despite' and Ofori Sarpong donate $100k cash to KATH
Two Ghanaian businessmen, Mr Osei Kwame 'Despite' and Mr Ernest Ofori Sarpong have presented a sum of US$100,000 to the Komfo Anokye Teaching Hospital (KATH) to help the facility combat the Coronavirus disease (COVID-19).
The sum presented Friday morning [March 27, 2020] in the physical form of currency (cash) is to help the hospital quickly acquire all the necessary tools and medications needed to combat the Coronavirus.
The dollar bills which were in a transparent plastic bag were handed over to the hospital authorities.

Ghana's Coronavirus case count increased to 136 confirmed cases on Friday morning, March 27, 2020.
There has been three deaths from the Coronavirus with one person still in a critical condition.
One person has recovered and the remaining 131 cases are receiving treatment in isolation.
