Learning materials for Ewusiejoe D/A Primary

The management of Conship Consolidated Shipping Agencies Limited in Takoradi in the Western Region has donated educational materials to the Ewusiejoe D/A Primary School towards effective teaching and learning.

The items comprised English and Mathematics textbooks, exercise books, drawing books, educational charts, crayons, erasers, pencils, clear bags, sharpeners, chalk, and dusters.

According to the management of the shipping agency, the presentation which formed part of the company's corporate social responsibility (CSR) was made after a discussion with the school authorities to find out their needs to ensure that the items presented were meaningful to students.

The Human Resource Officer of Conship, Takoradi, Ms Amire Esi Fregene, said she hoped the items would go a long way to assist the pupils in their studies and also ease the burden on parents and guardians in providing for their families.

The Headmistress of the school, Madam Ama Owusua Mensah, on behalf of the staff and pupils expressed appreciation to the company for coming to the aid of the school, especially at a time the children needed those materials for their studies.
