Action Chapel donates to Lighthouse Orphanage

Members of Action Chapel International (ACI), Adenta, have  made a donation to the Lighthouse Orphanage at Kitase near Aburi.

The donation was made by Rev. Ben Sallah, Senior Pastor of the Wonder Cathedral,on behalf Senior Bishop James Saah, Presiding Bishop of the Accra North Region of ACI.

Rev. Ben Sallah who was accompanied by some pastors and elders of the church said  the donation was a contribution from members of the church towards the running of the orphanage.

He said that he who gives to the needy lends unto the Lord and it is the collective responsibility of  christians, to show love to one another, especially to the needy in the  communities.

“Members of Action Chapel, especially our leader and visioneer, Archbishop Nicholas Duncan-Williams, have always admired the excellent work you are doing here in spite of the numerous challenges you face. Today, we have come to demonstrate our commitment to that cause and also to cheer you on.It does not matter how daunting the challenge seems;do not give up,” he advised.

The items which consisted of assorted foodstuffs, beverages, tinned foods, bags of rice and sugar were received on behalf of the orphanage by Mrs Ogoe.

She thanked the leaders and members of Action Chapel for their kind thoughts in these trying moments and asked for God’s blessings for them.
