KKD admitted at Police Hospital

The embattled fashion Icon, Kwasi Kyei Darkwah (KKD), who is facing charges for allegedly raping a 19-year-old girl has been admitted at the Police Hospital in Accra, it has been reported.

Starrfmonline.com reported Thursday that KKD was taken to the health facility soon after his case was adjourned Thursday afternoon by the Kaneshie Magistrate court.
He is suffering from a swollen foot, according to the report.
KKD has denied raping the girl, stressing that the sexual act in the bathroom of the African Regent Hotel was consensual.
He has admitted having sex with the student, but maintains it is untrue the act was non-consensual.
