National Service Authority rolls out E-Certificates for National Service Personnel

The National Service Authority (NSA) has officially launched electronic certificates (e-certificates) for National Service Personnel.

In a press statement issued on Thursday, January 29, the Authority directed all personnel within the 2024/2025 service batch to download, complete, and submit their duly endorsed Annual Evaluation Forms to their respective District National Service Offices.

The statement, signed by the Director General, Ruth Dela Seddoh, clarified that personnel serving in the 2024/2025 service year will only be able to access their e-certificates after the submission and approval of the Annual Evaluation Form.

Additionally, the Authority announced that the Annual Evaluation Forms for the 2024/2025 service year have been uploaded onto the NSA portal.

The NSA further informed all eligible National Service Personnel that the e-certificates have now been officially released and can be accessed via the NSA portal at
https://posting.gnsa.gov.gh/home/certificate-service, in line with the approved procedures outlined on the platform.

According to the Authority, past National Service Personnel who require a reprint of their physical certificates or wish to obtain an e-certificate may also apply for the service instantly through the NSA portal.

The service is available at a prescribed fee and is offered as an optional digital service, not a mandatory requirement.
