The book, titled “To Die or Not To Die,” focuses on the physical and spiritual aspects of death.

Launching the book,Rev. Anchaba called on organisations and individuals to buy copies of the book and support the initiative of Rev. Bennin.

He said the support would enable the author to distribute copies to people in less-privileged areas who would find it difficult to purchase them.

The first copy of the book was auctioned for GH¢10,000 although a copy is expected to be sold between GH¢10 and GH¢20 on the market.

Empower leaders

The Chief Executive of Stanbic Bank, Mr Alhassan Andani, who was also the chairman for the occasion, described the book as a must-read and commended Rev. Bennin for his effort to impact the lives of Ghanaians positively.

He described the author as an experienced man who took up challenges that others thought were difficult.

“Rev Bennin has somehow demystified the perception most people had about the police because he is ready to bring change”, he said.

Mr Andani urged the youth to take their destinies into their own hands instead of looking up to others and encouraged them to read widely to enhance their knowledge.

DCOP Ampah-Bennin, who is also a Reverend Minister of the Assemblies of God Church, said the book was written after he had read the Bible critically.

He was of the view that the book would address the issues that Christians, believers of other faith and leaders considered irrelevant.
