Three persons have died and fifteen others have been injured following a road traffic accident at Juaso on the Kumasi-Accra highway.
The accident happened on Monday, July 13, 2026 at an area commonly referred to as three-Lane, near NEXT BON Gas at Juaso.
The collision involved a truck with the registration number GN 9673-25, driven by Stephen Amankwah and and was loaded with clinker, and a a van with the registration GM 4002-26, driven by Nyame Ebenezer.
According to the Ghana National Fire Service, 18 persons were involved in total.
Three people including two males and one female, died at the scene.
Fifteen others sustained injuries of varying severity.
