The New Patriotic Party (NPP) is launching its manifesto at the Accra International Trade Fair Centre in Accra amidst tight security.
The event which is being held at the forecourt of the Centre under the chairmanship of former President John Agyekum Kufuor.
The manifesto launch will be followed later by a major political rally, which will be opened to all supporters and members of the general public.
