Delivering the sermon at the service held at the St Peter Claver Cathedral at Jasikan, the associate Parish Priest, Reverend Father Patrick Aberror, said the celebration was a moment for God’s intervention for his soul, the family and the entire government.

He said it behoved every individual to live in holiness as the relationship with God demanded that.

“Whether you are NDC, NPP, CPP and or any other group, we should stop revenging,” he said.

Rev. Fr Aberror said the region and nation as a whole had lost a man whose appearance in a conflict situation suddenly ended the confusion, and called on all to emulate the lifestyle of the late Kamel.

“It should be a day to celebrate and to add value to the achievements of the late Mr Kamel and struggle to live to perfection,” he charged.
