Akufo-Addo on ‘private visit’ to France

The 2016 presidential candidate of the New Patriotic Party, Nana Addo Dankwa Akufo-Addo, has left Ghana for a 3-day private visit to France.

A statement issued by his press secretary, Eugene Arhin said Nana Addo left Wednesday night and is expected to return to Ghana on Sunday, May 29, 2016.
Nana Addo only recently returned from a tour of the Volta Region, the stronghold of the ruling National Democratic Congress, where he took his "Rise and Build" campaign to be elected president.
