Give government, Nana Addo time to transform Ghana – John Kumah
Aspiring New Patriotic Party (NPP) parliamentary candidate for Ejisu in the Ashanti Region and Chief Executive Officer of the National Entrepreneurship and Innovation Programme (NEIP), Lawyer John Kumah is urging Ghanaians to be patient and remain steadfast in the NPP administration.
He says it will constitute a mistake to vote the National Democratic Congress party back into government in the December 2020 elections.
John Kumah said the government led by President Akufo-Addo has strived to position the country is a better stead than the erstwhile administration led by former President John Dramani Mahama left it and so it is imperative that Akufo-Addo’s mandate is extended to ensure that all his well thought out goals materialise.

“I am seeing a better positioned country and by the time President Akufo-Addo is about completing his tenure as President, we will see he has transformed this country gradually to a more developed country.
“I am only praying that Ghanaians will be patient and trust this government so that they will not vote the NDC back into power because we have seen severally how destructive they are”, Lawyer John Kumah said.
Speaking on Wontumi FM in Kumasi, John Kumah said former President Kufuor took Ghana from a heavily indebted poor country (HIPC) and positioned it as a lower middle income country only for the NDC to assume power and run back to the International Monetary Fund (IMF) for money he alleged they shared among themselves.
According to him, the NDC is a destructive party fond of ruining good projects implemented by the NPP and if Ghanaians make the mistake of voting them back into power, it will cost the whole country dearly.
The aspirant said President Akufo-Addo is building a legacy that will benefit generations to come and that Ghanaians must give him more time to do so.
He said should the NPP be in power for 12-16 years, Ghanaians will see a transformed country developed across all sectors.
