Jaman North yet to vote 4 hours after voting started nationwide

Four hours after the commencement of voting throughout the country, the Electoral Commission (EC) is yet to deploy its election naterials to all the polling stations in the Jaman North Constituency.

This has resulted in confusion over the voter transfer list which is being used for the excercise.

According to the Brong Ahafo Regional Director of the EC, Mr George Gyabaah, the DCE of the area with the support of some NDC youth are disputing the inclusion of about 32 names in the register.
 
One of the NDC youth speaking in an interview on GBC Brong Ahafo Radio said until a resolution is found, they would not allow the deployment of the electoral materials to be deployed to the polling stations.

But Mr Gyabaah said the register cannot be used now.
