NDC ready to vet parliamentary aspirants

The National Democratic Congress (NDC) has set aside Tuesday, September 22, 2015, and Wednesday, September 23, 2015, as days for the vetting of all parliamentary aspirants.
A statement signed by the party’s General Secretary, Mr Asiedu Nketia, said the party would vet all aspirants from the Eastern, Upper East, Central and Upper West regions on Tuesday, September 22, 2015. The Ashanti, Northern, Western and Brong Ahafo regions will have theirs on September 23.
It will be followed by the Volta and Greater Accra regions on September 29 and 30, 2015.
According to the party, the vetting shall be a one-stop-shop process.
That is to say that vetting shall take place at national, regional and constituency levels simultaneously, it concluded.
