Samira Bawumia urges NPP supporters to unite for stronger greater good

The wife of the Vice President, Samira Bawumia has expressed gratitude to supporters of the New Patriotic Party (NPP) for their loyalty and commitment during the 2024 elections campaign. 

In a Facebook post on Friday, [December 27 2024], she touched on the essential role that millions of supporters played in the NPP's efforts, saying, “We had an amazing campaign fueled by your enthusiasm, resolve, and loyalty.”

Mrs Bawumia urged party members and supporters to continue working together to “build back stronger for the greater good” as the nation approaches the new year. 

The NPP had earlier in the week announced the formation of an Election Review Committee to assess the reasons behind its loss in the 2024 elections. 

The NPP National Chairman, Stephen Ayesu Ntim said the committee will begin its work in January 2025, engaging stakeholders and the public to gather constructive feedback. 

The findings are expected to guide the party's strategy and restructuring ahead of future elections.
