Kwadwo Asamoah linked to Fenerbahce move

Frederico Pastorello, the agent of Ghanaian international, Kwadwo Asamoah, has opened talks with Fenerbahce over the possible sale of the ace midfielder to the Turkish giants this summer.

Asamoah's contract with the Nerazzuris expires on June 30, 2021 and the club have set their sight on Marcos Alonso and Emerson Palmieri from Chelsea, meaning the Ghanaian can leave this window.

Fenerbahce negotiation
According to Turkish TV sports sournalist, Acun Illicali, who is very close to Fenerbahce, Asamoah's agent has started negotiations with the Sukru Sarocoglu Stadium outfit for the transfer of the Ghanaian in June after he rejected overtures from Bundesliga side, TSG Hoffenheim.

The Ghanaian left-wing back has only managed eight Serie A appearances for Inter Milan this season, providing one assist as he has been in the treatment room on various times with injury.

Southampton interest
Aside Fenerbahce, English side, Southampton, are also said to be looking at his situation in a bid to engage him this summer as a cover-up for Ryan Bertrand.

The buy-out clause of the Ghanaian is currently pegged at €6 million, with just a year left on his current Inter deal.
Asamoah joined the 2010 UEFA Champions League winners from Juventus on July 1, 2018 and has so far played 53 games and set up three goals.
