The equipment included 26 boxing gloves, 236 bandages and many boxing trunks.
Mr Attoh-Okine said the motive behind his donation was to support the development of boxing to make it more attractiue to the youth.
"I believe, by presenting this equipment to the GBA, I am paying my dues to the past generation, such as Azumah Nelson and Ike Quartey, and also motivating the youth to be the next batch of potential world-beaters who will win world titles," he noted.
He expressed the hope that the equipment would improve the quality of boxing in the country.
GBA president, Peter Zwennes, who received the items on behalf of his board, expressed gratitude to Mr Attoh-Okine, while stressing that professional boxing needed more of such equipment to thrive.
He hinted that the donation was timely as his outfit was on the verge of introducing a new boxing league in Accra to make the sport more attractive to the youth.
