
Dettol Cool Fitness Walk promotes wellness and hygiene on Aburi mountains
Hundreds of fitness enthusiasts gathered on the scenic Aburi Mountains for the Dettol Cool Fitness Walk, an invigorating wellness event under the "Own Your Sweat!" campaign.
The initiative aimed to encourage physical activity while promoting hygiene and freshness.
The event kicked off with an energetic “jama” session, as participants sang and chanted, setting an electrifying atmosphere for the journey ahead. As they made their way up the mountain, strategically placed water stations ensured they remained hydrated and energised.
The presence of popular social media influencers and fitness personalities, including Champion Rolie, added to the excitement, as they engaged with participants and kept morale high throughout the walk.
At the finish line, participants celebrated their accomplishment with cheers and smiles, embodying the essence of the campaign—owning their sweat.
Cassandra Atibila, Market Activation Manager for Ghana at Reckitt, manufacturers of Dettol products, highlighted the significance of the initiative.
