Ghana’s U-16 girls thrash Northern Ireland 5-0 in Development Tournament

Ghana's U-16 Girls delivered a dominant performance in their development tournament clash against Northern Ireland, securing an impressive 5-0 victory.

The Black Damsels displayed their attacking flair and tactical discipline, leaving Northern Ireland unable to respond throughout the match.

Ghana took control early, with Priscilla Mensah breaking the deadlock in the 16th minute. Showing great composure, she calmly slotted the ball home to give Ghana the lead.

Mensah doubled her tally in the 26th minute with another clinical finish, reinforcing Ghana's commanding performance.

Seidatu Wahab added to the scoreline with a well-executed strike, making it 3-0 and further cementing Ghana's dominance.

The team’s fluidity and creativity in attack proved too much for Northern Ireland to handle.

Daniella Abass rounded off the stellar display with Ghana's fifth goal, capping off a fantastic team effort. Her goal showcased the depth of talent within the squad, as Ghana continued to press and create chances until the final whistle.
