Kotoko welcome All Stars to Baba Yara

After sharing the points with  Techiman City  last Sunday, Kumasi Asante Kotoko will be searching for their first win of the second round of the Ghana Premier League when they encounter league leaders, Wa All Stars, on Sunday at the Baba Yara Stadium tomorrow.

All Stars, who pipped Kotoko 1-0 at the Wa Sports Stadium during the first round, now sit atop the pile of 16 clubs with 31 points after 16 games.

Last Sunday, the league leaders added Berekum Chelsea to their  list of victims with a narrow 1-0 victory  just as they did to Kotoko in Wa, and on Sunday they will attempt to stretch their lead.

Kotoko, who lie third with 27 points following their 1-1 draw with Techiman City, will, however,  be out for revenge with a massive win to close the gap as they  battle for  the league trophy.

Elsewhere at the Carl Reindorf Park at Dansoman, sixth-placed Liberty Professionals, who are yet to recover from their 0-1 loss to Ebusua Dwarfs, will be hoping to get back to winning ways when they host second-placed Accra Hearts of Oak.

In other interesting clashes, fourth-placed Aduana Stars will host 14th placed Dwarfs at Dormaa, Dreams FC will host bottom club, New Edubiase United at Dawu, Sekondi Hasaacas will play Bechem United, Berekum Chelsea will engage Inter Allies at Berekum, with Ashgold  locking horns with Techiman City.
