TT brothers to support disability sports

The Chief Executive Officer (CEO)  of TT Brothers, Mr Isaac Tetteh, has promised to donate to the RichOff Disability Sports and Educational Foundation 200 bags of cement and 50 cartons of drinks respectively towards the completion of a proposed sports academy and a fundraising ceremony in April.

Mr Tetteh said TT Brothers would also assist the non-governmental organisation (NGO) in its quest to discover persons with disability who have sporting talents to train them for the national cause and their personal benefits.

This came to light when members of the foundation, led by the founder, Mr Richard Offei, presented a plaque to TT Brothers in recognition of its generous contributions towards the cause of the physically challenged in society.

Responding, Mr Tetteh called for unity among the rank and file of the disabled and advised them against using the support provided by benefactors for their personal gains.

He challenged them to be honest and accountable to themselves and society as well as exhibit much self-confidence in their dealings with the public.

“This NGO must not be used to enrich oneself but it  must serve as an avenue for the benefit of all the pysically challenged in this association and the society at large,” Mr Tetteh said.
