Veep watches Stars' training in Natal

The Vice President, Paa Kwesi Amissah-Arthur, watched the black stars train at the Estadio das Dunas in Natal Sunday ahead of Monday's Group G opener with the USA.

Strangely, the Veep watched the light training session opened to the media for only 15 minutes from the dugout in the company of Youth and Sports Minister, Elvis Afriyie Ankrah.

He later addressed the team in connection with Monday's game.

The Vice President was at the opening ceremony at the instance of President John Mahama and obviously stayed on to inspire the Black Stars to win their opening match against old foes USA.

He is expected to fly back home after Monday's game.
