BLUE Rose Ltd, an estate developer, is creating the congenial environment for Ghanaians in the diaspora, particularly the USA, to own houses back in Ghana.
Consequently, the company is partnering with JMK Production LLC USA to organise a real estate event dubbed Ghana-US Real Estate Seminar.

The seminar is scheduled to take place on November 22, 2025, at the Holiday Inn Express & Suite, in Maryland, USA.
The six-hour packed event will afford potential investors and house owners the opportunity to learn how to buy, build, and invest smartly in one of Africa’s fastest-growing real estate markets.
Among others, the seminar, which is opened to both in-person and virtual, will showcase a wide range of housing developments and investment opportunities directed at Ghanaians outside the country and also non-Ghanaians willing to relocate or invest in the real estate sector in the country.

Described as "Dream meets reality," Mr Acquah said the event would open up to both Ghanaians living in America and Americans interested in investing in the real estate sector in Ghana.

He assured Ghanaians in the diaspora and others interested in owing estate properties in the country that there were profitable real estate investment opportunities in Ghana.
Mr Acquah assured the potential investors that there were pathways to homeownership for both investors and retirees with flexible payment plans.
He added that with the current rapid urbanization and population growth and rising middle class and housing demand, there were attractive returns compared to global averages.
