Devtraco adds “The Address” to their list of properties
Real estate company, Devtraco Plus, a subsidiary of the Devtraco Group, has launched a newest addition to their list of properties called “The Address” located at Roman Ridge in Accra.

The address is made up of three distinct towers – Vacation apartments (a 13-floor tower), Residential apartments (a 17-floor tower) and Hotel apartments (an 18-floor tower) with each flat carefully curated to ensure comfort, convenience and delight of clients.
The location, according to Devtraco Plus, offered access to top attractions, business hubs and entertainment options where the towers are designed to cater to diverse lifestyle preferences.
The project was undertaken by construction company, Fabrico Builders.
Tireless efforts
Speaking at a short ceremony to launch the Address last Friday, Group CEO of Devtraco, John Entsuah said the establishment of “The Address” was the result of an extraordinary team's tireless efforts which had transformed dreams into tangible promises.
Mr Entsuah noted that beyond being a structure, “The Address” was an investment in the future and a commitment to phenomenal returns for their investors as well as redefinition of living spaces.
“Today is more than just an event; it's a celebration of dreams turning into reality, guided by the determined leadership of our esteemed Executive Director, Mr. Joseph Aidoo,” he said.
“We are showcasing a commitment to the future of Devtraco Group. This commitment echoes our promise to deliver exceptional quality and uphold our brand values, ensuring an unparalleled customer experience,” he said.
He also expressed gratitude to the Board of Devtraco, especially the Chairman of the Board, Mr. Seth Adu, “for his guiding light on this incredible journey”.

General Manager of construction firm, Fabrico Builders, Luís Alves, said his outfit was totally committed to guarantee the compliance of all the objectives defined for the project as well as raised the quality standards that were common in all projects promoted by Devtraco Plus.

The ceremony brought together dignitaries including economist and politician, Dr. Ekow Spio Gabrah,
