Elsie Appeadu honoured among Ghana’s 100 Most Influential People for 2024
Mrs. Elsie Appeadu, Managing Director of Delft Imaging Ghana Limited, has been recognised as one of Ghana’s 100 Most Influential People at the 2024 Most Influential People Awards (MIPA).
Her impactful leadership and contributions to healthcare innovation in Ghana earned her the accolade at a prestigious ceremony held at La Palm Royal Beach Hotel in Accra.

Mrs. Appeadu’s achievements include overseeing the installation of 54 EasyDR digital AI-integrated X-ray systems nationwide, significantly improving tuberculosis (TB) detection. Her efforts have not only enhanced healthcare delivery but have also promoted coding education through clubs established in basic schools, alongside spearheading key corporate social responsibility (CSR) partnerships with organisations such as GIZ and DeveloPPP.
Her exceptional track record reflects her dedication to advancing digital medical imaging, with Delft Imaging’s innovations extending support to over 75 countries. Mrs. Appeadu is currently leading efforts to establish a state-of-the-art diagnostic centre in Accra, featuring advanced AI-powered imaging systems for reliable medical diagnostics.
