LuccaHealth Director wins top honours at Ghana Philanthropy Awards 2024

Lynda Aboagye Adjei, Director of Operations and Ambulatory Services at LuccaHealth Medical Specialty Center, has been recognised as Ghana's Most Outstanding Female in Healthcare and Administrative Excellence at the 3rd Ghana Philanthropy Awards.  

The event, held on November 8, 2024, at La Palm Royal Beach Hotel, Accra, celebrated individuals and organisations making significant contributions to community growth and development.  

Mrs Aboagye Adjei’s accolade highlights her strategic foresight, innovative leadership, and dedication to improving healthcare delivery in Ghana.  

Speaking after receiving the award, she expressed her gratitude to her team and the visionaries behind LuccaHealth.  

“This honour fuels my dedication to pushing boundaries and creating lasting impact in healthcare here in Ghana. This award is a reflection of the resilience, innovation, and unwavering commitment of our entire team—together, we’ve turned challenges into opportunities to provide excellent care,” she said.  

She added: “Every challenge we faced has taught us resilience, every milestone reminds us of our purpose, and every step is fuelled by a shared commitment to making a difference in the lives of Ghanaians. This award is not mine alone—it belongs to the team whose passion and hard work make the impossible, possible. I dedicate this honour to them and to the founders who dared to dream and trusted me to help steer the dream forward.”

About Lynda Aboagye Adjei  

Mrs Aboagye Adjei holds an MBA specialising in Health Care Management and Enterprise Risk Management from the Johns Hopkins Carey School of Business and a bachelor’s degree in Management from Morgan State University.  

She is certified in LEAN and Six Sigma methodologies, equipping her to optimise operational processes effectively.  

Before joining LuccaHealth, she managed ambulatory practices at Johns Hopkins, gaining extensive experience in startups, workforce development, and high-quality customer service programs.
