Ghana FinTech Awards: Innovare Limited crowned 2025 Cybersecurity Company of The Year

Innovare Limited has secured a third consecutive win as Cybersecurity Company of the Year at the Ghana Fintech Awards 2026, reinforcing its position as a leading player in Ghana’s rapidly evolving digital security space.

The wholly Ghanaian-owned technology and management consultancy firm was recognised at the fifth edition of the awards ceremony held in Accra on March 28, under the theme focused on strengthening cybersecurity within the country’s fintech ecosystem. The event, organised by the Ghana FinTech and Payments Association in partnership with Arkel Limited and KPMG as knowledge partner, brought together key industry stakeholders to celebrate innovation and leadership.

The latest recognition marks Innovare’s third straight win in the cybersecurity category, a feat that underscores its growing influence in safeguarding digital financial systems and supporting businesses against emerging cyber threats.

Speaking after receiving the award, Chief Consulting Officer Nii Djan Mensah said the recognition affirmed the company’s credibility within the industry. “Winning this particular award again shows that Innovare is a trusted brand to partner with. I believe this achievement will motivate our team to continue working hard and delivering the very best to our clients. We will continue to push boundaries, safeguard your business, and uphold the standard of excellence you trust us for into 2027 and beyond.”

Chief Business Officer Albert Turkson described the award as a reflection of sustained client confidence and industry impact. “I am personally honored and humbled to receive this award together with my colleagues for the third consecutive time on behalf of the company. For us, this is more than a milestone; it is a profound symbol of the enduring trust and partnership we share with our clients especially within the FinTech space. This award is proof that everything we do as a contribution to the cybersecurity ecosystem is not only seen and respected, but truly appreciated within the industry; from the daily work of protecting businesses to leading dialogue on critical thought leadership platforms like the CISO Summit, which will take place on April 22nd and 23rd at the Kempinski Gold Coast Hotel.”

Chief Executive Officer, C.K. Bruce, said the recognition also placed a responsibility on the company to continue shaping the future of cybersecurity on the continent. “This recognition is an honor and a responsibility. It speaks to the consistency of our vision and the strength of our people. At Innovare, we are not just responding to cyber threats, we are shaping the future of cybersecurity in Africa and beyond. Our focus remains on building institutions and empowering businesses to operate with confidence in a digital-first world.”

The award comes at a time when Ghana’s fintech sector is experiencing rapid growth, increasing the demand for robust cybersecurity frameworks to protect digital transactions and sensitive financial data. Industry analysts say sustained investment in cybersecurity solutions will be critical to maintaining trust and stability within the ecosystem.

The Ghana Fintech Awards continues to serve as a platform for recognising organisations driving technological advancement and strengthening the resilience of Ghana’s financial services industry.
