Mantrac holds 3rd CAT exhibition

Mantrac Ghana Limited, authorised dealers of Caterpillar (CAT) products in the country, has held the 3rd CAT Certified Used Equipment Exhibition in Accra.

The two day event which brought together stakeholders in the construction industry was aimed at empowering contractors to purchase used equipment with ease and also enjoy the manufacturer’s warranty.

Some of the CAT certified used equipment exhibited included; Hydraulic Excavators, Telescopic Handlers, Soil Compactors and Motor Graders.

Challenges

Speaking at the opening, the Managing Director of Mantrac Ghana, Mr Emad Adeeb, said, “in today’s competitive world of construction, contractors are facing many challenges in their quest to maximise productivity and lower their operating cost”.

“Mantrac over the years has built great credibility in the sales of not only new machines but certified used machines that come with warranty,” he said.

He noted that Caterpillar equipment had been a major player and leading one  for more than 78 years as far as the construction business was concerned.

“The event, among many advantages, was to show to customers and potential customers what they stood to again once they purchased CAT used machines in Ghana,” he said.

The Machines Sales Manager for Mantrac Ghana, Mr Edem Eworyi, for his part, said the machines from Mantrac Ghana helped customers to buy with confidence.

That, he said, was due to the strict and vigorous standards the machines went through before they were sold on the market.
