Weekly market review - September 30, 2022
The Ghana Stock Market recorded its lowest performance in 37-days last week.
GCB (+8.11%), EGH (0.61%) and ACCESS (4.01%) were the gainers for the week.
SCB (-0.40%), GOIL (-1.12%) and MTNGH (-3.30%) all suffered losses.
The benchmark composite index as a result tumbled 28.09 points, bringing its index-point total to 2,460.12 (Year to Date: -11.80%).
The Financial Index on the other hand bagged 14.46 points to 2,070.10 index points overall (YTD change: -3.80%).
During the week, a total volume of 32.02 million shares estimated at a value of GH¢30.79 million were traded in twenty-one (21) equities.
