Eazzy donates to Okuapeman visually impaired students

Female rapper Eazzy last Monday spent time interacting with visually impaired students of the Okuapeman Senior High School in the Eastern Region.

The visit, which was a joint initiative between Eazzy and Hypenet Foundation, was meant to put smiles on the faces of the visually impaired students at the school.

Besides spending time interacting with the students, Eazzy donated assorted canned drinks and pieces of electronic equipment as well as an undisclosed amount  to help the school’s administration in the repair and maintenance of technical equipment, including a new sound system to aid in teaching and learning at the school.

In an interview with the Wengeze rapper last Thursday, she said the visit was part of her initiative to help the less fortunate in society.

She remarked that at a  joyous occasion such as the Easter celebration there was the need to remember and give back to the less privileged in society.

She added that she had embarked on similar visits and given donations to other institutions in the past but had decided to not make them public.

“I see this donation as a corporate social responsibility. This is not the first time I have done something like this except that I have decided to make this public,” she said.

She revealed that she would be releasing a single, Burning Love, featuring Fresh Prince of 4X4, on Monday,  April 20. The song, she disclosed, would be available for download on all social media platforms.

“I am grateful to my fans for all the support and love they have shown me throughout the year. My previous single, Ginger, which I released in January, was well received and I know this one will enjoy splendid rotation on our airwaves,” she said.
