Citiuation by Citi TV brings all the nostalgic feels
Mzbel was wonderful on stage

Nostalgic moments at Citi TV’s 'Citiuation'

If the motive of Citi TV was to create nostalgic moments for patrons at this year's Citiuation: All White Party, then it more than succeeded.

Citiuation, which came off at the Gazebo View, Dzorwulu in Accra on Friday, December 24, brought together three of Ghana's finest artistes - Mzbel, Ofori Amponsah, and Obrafour, who have been in the industry for over two decades and who, while not as active in previous years, had given music lovers a lot of hit songs in their prime.

And they made 2021 Citiuation an event worth attending with patrons clearly having the time of their lives.

With an all-white theme, patrons were serenaded with songs as they made their way into the event grounds. The decor for the event showed that a lot of work had gone into it to give patrons that festive feeling.

Mzbel and her dancers added some spice to the entire show. Wearing all white, they twerked and showed off what their mama they gave them and made sure to give patrons a lot of action on stage.

Mzbel had a great time on stage

Performing some of her hit songs such as 16 Years, Edey Be, Awoso Me among others, Mzbel made sure she engaged the patrons to the fullest and when necessary she left the stage, mingled, and either danced with them or pulled off some sultry moves. Her dress was beautiful while her hair and makeup were on point. At the end of the day, Mzbel hadn't really lost her mojo and had what it takes to move a crowd.

Ofori Amponsah

Ofori Amponsah could not stop thanking the patrons for the love they showed him. This was because they sang all his songs word for word from Cinderella, Emmanuella to Otoolege and it was a beautiful sight, that got him smiling throughout his performance. His control of the band was wonderful, his crowd engagement was great too. In fact, all that he needed to do was to start the song and the patrons finished it for him.

Obrafour

Pae Mu Ka singer, Obrafour was also good with the band and the crowd loved him, there was no dull moment in his performance, the audience equally sang all the songs he performed back to back including Moesha, Pae Mu Ka, Heavy, Aseda, etc.

The outdoor event was a well-attended one and patrons danced their hearts out.
