Daniel is alive
Breaking through the music industry can sometimes be daunting especially where the artiste relocates to an entirely different country with its own set of cultural and musical differences.

However, one artiste who has managed to break through the music scene even after relocating from Ghana to Italy some 10 years ago is Daniel Adomako with his new single, Alive.
Anyone who takes a cursory listen to the single will notice the uniqueness of the song which has an unmistakable Italian influence and is an energetic though heartfelt Pop-soul track with Electro & Afrobeat elements.
On Alive, Daniel talks about how he is alive, yet drowning. He continues that he is going through a range of conflicting emotions where he simultaneously have hope yet feel like giving up on life.
Although the song is not the typical danceable rhythm most Ghanaians are used to, the tune is still high-tempo and upbeat, which is definitely going to get listeners tapping their feet to the beat.
Speaking with Showbiz, Daniel said his music has been warmly received in Italy and he hopes to eventually break through the Ghanaian market as well.
Throwing more light on his music career, he said he got into music at a very early age with the gospel choir of his church where he founded a quartet known as the Angel Voices, a few years later.
“After relocating to Italy in 2004, I started nurturing my talent by joining the polyphonic choir L’Eco De L’Omber of Serle.
“ I later joined Annamaria Bogna’s Christian Hubmann Association. He also performs as a soloist in the Giocanto polyphonic choir in Italy”, he said.
In the second half of the year 2010, he received numerous awards— Luvenilia Song Festival, Cantavirle, Music Festival of the Valtenesi and Botticino Music Festival.
Daniel also took a chance at X Factor Italia. His adventure ended before the home visit, but the video of his audition on Youtube with the title Falsetto si, falsetto no has reached more than half a million views.
