Moët & Chandon Golden Festival around the corner
The year is drawing to a close and one of the special events urbane folks in Accra are looking forward to is the second edition of the Moët & Chandon Golden Festival.

Moët & Chandon is a highly valued champagne brand from France and the team in charge of its marketing in Ghana has set aside Monday, November 25, to Saturday December 7, for the Moët & Chandon Golden Festival to celebrate the brand’s 270 years of history and prestige.
During the two-week festival period, other good quality champagne brands like Moët Imperial, Rose Imperial, Nectar Imperial, Nectar Rose Imperial will be available at special promotional prices by the bottle and by the glass across different participating hotels, restaurants, nightclubs, lounges, supermarkets and liquor shops in the country.
There is even a chance to participate online through a Facebook contest to win a VIP luxury car ride with Moët girls as they tour selected clubs around town.
The first ever Champagne cinema night will be launched on Thursday, November 28 as part of the Moët & Chandon festival.
“It will be a glamorous cinematic experience where friends and loved ones will be greeted with glasses of champagne, a selection of appetisers and the chance to network and enjoy an outdoor movie experience at Le MUST restaurant at Labone,” a member of the Moët & Chandon team said.
Thursday, December 5, will be the highlight of the Moët & Chandon Golden Festival.
It will be a special night where the finest in Accra will come together to celebrate a bountiful year at a lavish extravaganza.
Guests will experience the generosity of Moët & Chandon and enjoy a night to remember. Apart from celebrating the brand’s rich heritage and popularity in Ghana, Moët & Chandon will also showcase the spirit of philanthropy by raising funds for charity during the event.
At last year’s Golden Night, GH¢10,000 was raised for the Ayenyah School Project. The donations went towards the construction of a sports compound for the school as well as the purchase of essential teaching supplies.
This year, Moët & Chandon is raising funds for the Humble Child Organisation which provides for the welfare of children by way of education, healthcare, entertainment and therapy where needed. The organisation currently has helped over 500 children with 350 currently under its care
Swiss tennis ace, Roger Federer is the international face of Moet Chandon.
