Rev. Lartey Adotey School sets up clubs

Rev. Lartey Adotey Memorial School at Adabraka in Accra has inaugurated six clubs as part of efforts to improve both academic and extra-curricular activities in the school.

They are the Cadet Corps Club, Music Club, Drama Club, Red Cross, Sports Club, French Club and the Mathematics and Science Club.

During the inauguration, an Elder of the Apostolic Church, Mr Edward Ninson, said children were blessed with different abilities which, when groomed, could be unearthed to benefit themselves, their community and the country at large.

He, therefore, urged parents to identify the potential in their children and encourage them to join social clubs.

According to him, children who participated in such social clubs improved their communication skills and became very confident.
