Best Western Hotel launches celebration
The management of the Best Western Premier Accra Airport Hotel has launched the fifth anniversary celebration of the hotel with a resolve to offer international standard service.

The hotel’s Brand Ambassador, Mr John Dumelo, joined other managers of the hotel to unveil activities for the anniversary.
Speaking after the unveiling ceremony, the Deputy General Manager of the hotel, Mr Iddrisu Yamusah, hinted that the hotel would continue to focus on delivering world class service to its guests.
He said the hotel, a member of one of the largest hotel chains in the world, was poised to maintain its leadership in the hotel industry by offering guests “exceptional customer satisfaction and individualised care”.
The deputy general manager said some of the activities that would form part of the anniversary celebration were discounts on the hotel’s products and services, a health walk, staff and partners appreciation/thanksgiving night, and donation to a senior high school.
Mr Yamusah disclosed that the hotel was adjudged the Best Four-Star Hotel of the Year 2014 by the Ghana Tourism Authority, describing it as a sign of superior service performance, good governance and competitive strength.
He said additionally, the hotel was also recently adjudged the “Top Hotel Brand in Customer Service and Comfort” by the Premier Brands, a local brands specialist organisation.
The Sales and Marketing Manager, Emmanuel Ato Silva Quaye, said the hotel was excited by the feat, particularly having positioned itself as one of the finest hotel facilities in the country.
